“Spring Lunch Made to Perfection with a Gorgeous View”

Dining Room Restaurant Conservatory
A beautiful place from surroundings to the Spring Lunch to the personal service. The Spring lunch was an extra $20.00 on top of admission price of $29.00. Definitely worth it. Must purchase at gate when buying your entry ticket.

There are four choices of appetizers and four choices of entrees . I ordered a coffee to start, definately a fresh pot. Appetizer I ordered Smoked Salmon Flatbread consising of thin crisp flatbread with a layer of smoked salmon topped with baby greens and pickled mustard seeds drizzled over with a citrusy orange cream glaze finished with crisp shallot rings . Such excitement to my palate. Entree I ordered Trufle Mushroom Quiche holding a very light texture with sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms on the bottom in a light delicious paper thin crust . Accompanying the Quiche was a side Arugula salad with pine nuts and ricotta cheese with a light oil vignette.

Absolutely wonderful lunch with service beyond gracious from the waiter whom sincerely enjoyed his place of work pleasing others .... Very professional.
