This team provides essential services such as admission collection, traffic/parking control, information services, grounds maintenance, and most importantly, the first impression to each of our visitors, which is always one of friendly efficiency.

In addition, staff from this department provide specialized tasks such as carousel operation, promotions (downtown kiosk) and boat tour sales.  A feature of this well-organized and positive team environment is comprehensive initial and ongoing training from long-time staff who are ambassadors for the reputation of this world-class attraction.
