• Food Services: Friendly and efficient? We have hosting, bussing and counter-service positions in our restaurants and foodservice satellite locations. We also require dishwashers, cooks with varied experience. Applicants must have, or be willing to get, Basic FoodSafe certification to work in the kitchens.
• Visitor Services: Outgoing personality? Try a balance of indoor and outdoor activities: admission collection, traffic/parking control, providing information, and grounds maintenance.
• Custodial Services: Self-directed? Day custodial crew maintains washroom and building cleanliness including vacuuming, mopping, washing and garbage pickup. A wage premium of $2.50 per hour is paid for these day custodial positions.
• Night Custodial Services: Night owl? Night custodial positions, with start times ranging from 8 p.m. to midnight, are also available. This work involves janitorial cleaning of buildings after hours and involves lifting, pushing, bending etc., moving chairs, tables, restaurant carts and using electric scrubbers to clean floors.
• Seed & Gift Store: Born to sell? In this fun and fast-paced environment you work with a team to offer the best retail service. All levels of experience in selling mostly garden related products are welcome. Cashiering and language skills are an asset, but not a requirement.
• Gardening: Green thumbs? If you love pruning, digging, lifting, raking, barrowing and bending you can experience working outdoors in all-weather conditions (early Spring through late Autumn). Gardening experience and interacting politely and patiently with our international visitors are requirements; botanical plant knowledge an asset.  You will be required to provide some personal tools, raingear and CSA-approved footwear.
• Arts and Entertainment: Diverse skills? Ideally you'll be experienced and, in some cases, have certified training to work in this diverse department. We need stage technicians, pyrotechnicians and general labour positions during our peak summer season.
• Maintenance: Constructive personality? On occasion, seasonal labourer and full-time journeyperson positions become available.  We have a crew of electricians, plumbers, mechanics and painters as most of our construction and maintenance is done onsite.
• Purchasing and Receiving: Good with give and take? You'll have to be able to do moderate to heavy labour (lifting, bending, reaching) and be able to interact with staff from all departments.  Mathematical and mechanical aptitudes are an asset, but not a requirement.  A limited number of positions are available during our peak seasons of Summer and Christmas.
