We value the relationships we have with our industry partners: from local accommodations, attractions and transportation companies, to information centre staff near and far.
For local accommodations seeking to create packages including a visit to The Butchart Gardens we offer a convenient voucher system. Not only that, but we help in promoting your packages by linking to them for our web site visitors to view. For those with long stay (snowbird) visitors, we are happy to be a part of your presentation programs. We'll even show a pretty picture, or two.
For frontline staff at Information Centres, other local attractions or accommodations we are able to arrange fam tours. Please contact us with the date you'd like, time of arrival, number of participants (including job positions). As we meet and tour each group, some times may not work, but we'll do our best to meet your request.
Industry Partner Admission Rate
We require at least 24 hours notice of your visit. Please fax (250-652-3883) on company letterhead and include your name, position, the date and the time of your arrival or e-mail us ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) with the same information. We will confirm your request by phone or e-mail. Upon your arrival you will be required to show your proper identification. This offer is not valid for Fireworks Saturdays, special event days or selected days during the Christmas season. If you are not able to provide 24 hours notice, we are able to offer you a 10 per cent discount on admission with the same exception times.
