Tour Operators/Travel Agencies

A special welcome to our Tour Operator friends, and also to the friends of both of us, Travel Agents . Even before your clients reach our gates, we will work with you to make it easy to organize your  time with us.

We have had many years of experience assisting tour groups and we keep looking for ways to increase our service to you. We are pleased to have our Magic of Christmas (December 1st - January 6th) named as a 2007 Top 100 Event in North America by the ABA.

For smaller volume tour operators we offer a discount of 10%, based on a minimum of 25 adults arriving in one vehicle and paying in one lump sum. Complimentary admission for one driver and one tour escort, based on proper tour ID, is included. High volume tour operators should contact us to discuss pricing.

When your motorcoach arrives at our admission gate a member of Visitor Services will greet you. Payment will be accepted from the driver or tour escort, whether by cash, credit card, or pre-approved corporate cheque or voucher. The driver or tour escort will be provided with tickets to distribute to each individual.

Even though our large free parking bus lot can become pretty busy, we're always able to accommodate you. From the lot it is a flat, paved surface which leads your clients to the turnstiles. There each passenger inserts their individual ticket. The turnstile scans it and beeps to indicate acceptance. Passengers should retrieve (and retain) their tickets and proceed through the turnstile. We do ask drivers/escorts to stay with the group until all group members have passed through the turnstiles.

As we experience the majority of motorcoach arrivals and departures between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m., we recommend you try for alternate times. We recommend you allow at least 1.5 hours for your clients to walk about The Gardens.

All our food outlets can offer your clients a great experience. Our group menus, policies and floor plans are located in the Event Planning section. No matter which one you've booked, please allow at least an hour for eating. Tight on time? Our Coffee Shop offers a 'To Go' menu.

Fam Tours - We are pleased to work with you and your company to promote The Gardens to your staff or sales agents. Please contact us with the date you'd like, time of arrival, number of participants (including job positions). As we meet and tour each group, we ask you book well in advance.

So, that was lot of information for tour operators, but not much for Travel Agents. That said, we know travel agents who book their clients on a motorcoach tour want to know everything along the way is done properly.

To our travel agent friends, we welcome you to come visit. We offer complimentary admission to agents only. We require at least 24 hours notice of your visit. Please fax us on company letterhead and include your name, position, the date and the time of your arrival. This offer is not valid for Fireworks Saturdays, special event days or selected days during the Christmas season.
