WestJet's inflight ‘up! Magazine' announced the winning 200 businesses offering the best travel values from all the airline's destinations. The July issue lists all the winners-from hotels to golf courses, to restaurants, spas and family attractions-that offer the best bang for the travel buck.

Victoria, BC - The Butchart Gardens is delighted to have received two Readers' Choice awards from the Peninsula News Review, the newspaper covering the Saanich Peninsula.

Victoria, BC - In a ceremony to recognize long term employees of The Butchart Gardens, held on Thursday, two employees received their 50-year pins, one received her 45-year pin, and 23 employees received pins recognizing from 10 to 25 years of employment.

Victoria, BC – The Butchart Gardens today unveiled its first wedding season by inviting media and tourism industry leaders to be the guests at a make-believe wedding ceremony on January 29th. The wedding will be held in the Spring Prelude indoor garden with a reception following in The Dining Room Restaurant.
