Walk down the flagstone path on your way to say “I do”, enveloped by flowering cherries and witch hazels, beds of daffodils and tulips. A romantic locale for your big day, our Spring Prelude Indoor Garden plays host to intimate gatherings from mid-January to mid-March.

Intimate ceremonies of 60 or fewer, including the wedding couple. Dates are subject to availability.

Intimate Spring Ceremony

  • What it includes:
  • Ceremony for up to ten people, including the wedding couple
  • Exclusive use of the Spring Prelude Indoor Garden for 2 hours, from 4:00 PM
  • Wedding photography location: Spring Prelude Indoor Garden
  • Use of the Wedding Staging Area for up to one hour before the ceremony
  • Parking for all guests

Spring Prelude Ceremony & Reception

  • What it includes:
  • Stand-up ceremony and reception for a maximum of 60 people, including the wedding couple
  • Exclusive use of the Spring Prelude Indoor Garden from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Wedding photography locations: Spring Prelude Indoor Garden and outdoors
  • Use of the Wedding Staging Area before the ceremony
  • Rehearsal for the wedding party
  • Parking for all guests

Spring Prelude Ceremony, Reception, & Dinner

  • What it includes:

  • The perfect setting for intimate ceremonies and champagne receptions, the Spring Prelude is bursting with colourful blossoms and warmth.

    Stand-up ceremony and reception for a maximum of 60 people, including the wedding couple

  • Located in the Butchart family’s former home, The Dining Room is lined with windows, overlooking Jennie Butchart’s private garden.

    Exclusive use of the Spring Prelude Indoor Garden from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • Exclusive use of the Dining Room Restaurant from 6:00pm to 11:00pm
  • Wedding photography locations: Spring Prelude Indoor Garden and outdoors
  • Use of the Wedding Staging Area before the ceremony
  • Rehearsal for the wedding party
  • Custom printed menus, seating chart, and place cards
  • Parking for all guests

Wedding photography is only permitted during our wedding season, and prior arrangements are required.
